PANTANAL PHOTOGRAPHY EXPEDITION
An exclusive photographic adventure through crystal-clear waters, lush forests, and the extraordinary wildlife of the Pantanal.
The Pantanal is a true paradise for nature and wildlife photography. The world’s largest tropical wetland, it’s a vibrant mosaic of rivers, lagoons, and forests that host unmatched biodiversity: from majestic jaguars to colorful macaws, from elusive tapirs to a myriad of aquatic species.
Each day brings unique encounters and unrepeatable moments—perfect to capture through your lens.
During the journey along the Transpantaneira, 122 bridges will be crossed across a completely flat landscape; most of them are still made of wood (in 2016, the government started replacing some of the bridges with new concrete ones). Throughout the entire route, it is possible to see many wild animals and special bird species, as the Transpantaneira road crosses the heart of the Pantanal. With a bit of luck, you may spot animals like the giant anteater and the mighty Jaguar, the feline with the most powerful bite in the world.
